~/.mskill.agents/skillsmy-skill.skillPack, import and install without signing in. Your library lives in ~/.mskill; projects receive standard .agents/skills directories.
clone creates an independent snapshot. link follows the local library. Choose what works for each project.
Distribute portable .skill ZIP packages. Unchanged SHA-256 means no replacement. Different accounts can publish the same Skill name.

Extract the download and put mskill (mskill.exe on Windows) on your PATH. Packages include licenses; checksum files are provided alongside the archives.
Download mskill →mskill add ./my-skillReplace ./my-skill with your Skill directory. Its directory name must match the name in SKILL.md.

No. Each publication name keeps only its latest package. update replaces local content when SHA-256 changes. Project copies do not update automatically; links follow the local library.
